This policy outlines how LinkCircle and affiliates (“LinkCircle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you access our services. These services include application programming interfaces, software, tools, data, and files provided through our mobile application and accessed via mobile devices or applications (collectively, the "Services").
LinkCircle is a real-time voice translation product that allows users to perform real-time voice translation in their selected language. We understand the importance of your privacy and recognize your concerns about how your information is used and shared online. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our platform and will only collect and use information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, LinkCircle generally acts as the processor of your personal data. We will act as the controller only when we process data for the lawful purposes outlined in this policy. When we refer to “you” and “your,” we mean you as the individual using the Services. The terms “personal information” and “personal data” are used interchangeably in this policy and refer to data or information that can identify an individual, as defined by the relevant jurisdiction.

If you purchase our services through a third party, the provider may not provide us with the user’s personal information (such as name, email, or payment details). What is sent to LinkCircle is simply an anonymous subscription ID or order ID. If you create a LinkCircle account, this de-identified subscription data will be added to your records to allow it to be shared across multiple devices when using your LinkCircle account.

In order to help us with our transcribing services, we might work with a third party supplier. In order to help us with our SMS blocking services, we might also work with a third party supplier.

We only keep your personal information for as long as we need to provide our products and services as described in this Privacy Policy and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it. In determining the length of time we retain information, we consider various criteria, including whether we need the information to continue to administer your account, provide the Services, maintain output and content that you have generated, resolve a dispute, enforce our contractual agreements, prevent harm, promote safety, security and integrity, or protect ourselves, including our rights, property and products. We conduct reviews when appropriate to ascertain whether we still need to keep your information. After you delete the information or the account, it is kept in the backups for the purpose of disaster recovery for 30 days and then automatically and permanently erased.
If you submit a request to delete your information, we strive to take steps to delete that information within 72 hours of your request, unless we are required or permitted to retain such information under applicable law. You may request access or make correction to your personal data held by us.

Permission mechanisms are in place on for particular types of data and alerts, such as push notifications and camera and microphone data. If necessary, you can adjust your device's settings to approve or disapprove the gathering of data or the showing of notifications. Naturally, if you do this, some services may no longer function at all or partially.
15. Uninstall
By following the steps on the service settings screen, you may disable certain features and deactivate your account. You can then remove the products using your device's usual uninstall procedure to stop the program from collecting any further information. The particular identifier linked to your device will stay retained even after you delete the program from it. We will be able to re-link this identifier to your prior transactions and activity if you reinstall the app on the same mobile device.

In addition, if you choose to register an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We recommend that you do not share your access details with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Further information may be needed to verify your identity before exercising these rights, such as your email address or government issued ID. You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney document, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.

Our Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 13 years old who has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [support@linkcircle.sg].
If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under age 13, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Certain features of the Services allow you to initiate interactions between the Services and third-party services or platforms and email integrations. Social Features include features that allow you to access our pages on third-party platforms, and from there “like” or “share” our content, or to access our Services through a login integration. Use of Features provided by third-parties may allow third parties to collect and/or use your information. If you use third-parties features, information you post or make accessible may be publicly displayed by the third-party service. 20. Sub-processors and Third-Party Websites and Materials
As described above, we are not responsible for the privacy or security of, information found on, or any practices employed by any third-party applications, websites, or services linked to or from our Products. Although we may provide links to third-party websites or platforms, or display content, data, applications or materials from third parties, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites or materials, and your browsing and interaction on any third-party site, application, or service, including those that have a link on our Services, are subject to that third party's own terms and policies.
We reserve the right to engage new sub-processors, provided that they meet a high level of security, data protection and accuracy of the Data. We enter into Data Protection Agreements with all of our sub-processors.

By using our Services, you understand that your personal information may be processed and stored on servers, and transferred to third parties, outside your country of residence.
The personal information that you provide to us and that we collect from you will be transferred to, stored at, or processed in, countries outside your country of residence. Your personal information is also processed by staff operating outside Singapore who work for us or one of our third-party service providers or partners.
